On an airplane What is worse: stubbornly refusing to acknowledge ones own limitations, prejudices, and biases; or knowingly succumbing to them? Is not the ignorant fool in denial worse? Or does that persons spirit of determination set them ahead from the weaker one, who capitulates willingly when confronted by the world? If there is a time and place when the ignorant can change their perspective, what are the requisite conditions? A removal from ones own environment? Discomfort?
